Kharge writes to PM on caste census; calls for adopting Telangana model, dialogue with all parties

Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge has written to Prime Minister Narendra Modi, urging the initiation of a caste census to ensure social justice and empowerment for the Other Backward Classes (OBCs).
