Randy Fine, now a state senator, wants to try again to bar state agencies and local governments from putting up flags with a "political viewpoint."

Randy Fine, a Florida state representative, has proposed a bill that would ban the display of flags representing "foreign terrorist organizations" on public property, including schools and government buildings.
