  • More than a year after several Regina doctors filed a complaint with the Saskatchewan Human Rights Commission alleging racism and unprofessionalism, the government has ordered a third-party review to improve working conditions at Regina's hospitals.

The review will be conducted by the Health Quality Council, focusing on the emergency departments at Regina General Hospital and Pasqua Hospital. This decision comes after reports of nurses being disciplined for speaking out against racism, and aims to address systemic issues within the healthcare system.
