Zelenskiy makes case for diplomatic end to Ukraine war

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy has expressed a strong preference for a diplomatic resolution to end the ongoing war with Russia, emphasizing the need for a peace that ensures Ukraine's sovereignty and territorial integrity. In his address, Zelenskiy highlighted the importance of international support and diplomacy, particularly mentioning the upcoming Global Peace Summit in Switzerland, where he hopes to garner support for Ukraine's peace formula. He stressed that while Ukraine is prepared to defend itself militarily, the ultimate goal is to achieve peace through dialogue, underscoring the catastrophic human and economic costs of continued conflict.
