Articles 26 and 27 deal with the freedom to manage religious affairs and the prohibition of taxes on religious grounds, respectively. Article 28 addresses freedom as to attendance at religious instruction or worship in certain educational institutions, while Article 29 safeguards the interests of minorities by providing them the right to conserve their language, script, and culture.
