"In Kashmir, we have done a good job ...", says EAM Jaishankar

London [UK], March 6 (ANI): External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar spoke on Wednesday about Kashmir and the steps taken by the Indian government, such as removing Article 370, restoring growth and economic activity and holding elections which saw high turnout. He also spoke about the views of BRICS member countries regarding the use of dollar [ ]
In an interview with ANI, External Affairs Minister S. Jaishankar expressed satisfaction with India's handling of the situation in Kashmir, stating that the government has done a "good job" in managing the region. He highlighted the significant reduction in cross-border terrorism and the overall improvement in the security situation since the abrogation of Article 370 in August 2019. Jaishankar also mentioned the positive developments in infrastructure and socio-economic conditions in the region, emphasizing the government's commitment to the development and integration of Jammu and Kashmir into the mainstream of India.
