Hundreds of universities and colleges have issued a joint letter condemning President Trump's "political interference" in the nation's education system.

In a letter addressed to President Donald Trump, over 500 school superintendents and administrators from across the United States expressed their concerns about the increasing political interference in education, particularly in relation to the upcoming presidential election. The letter, organized by the nonprofit group AASA, The School Superintendents Association, condemned the use of schools as political tools and urged the president to refrain from using education as a partisan issue. The signatories emphasized the importance of maintaining nonpartisanship in schools and called for a focus on the well-being and education of students, rather than political agendas.
