Trump Cuts Public Media Funds, Impacting WPR, PBS Wisconsin

Wisconsin has 14 radio and television stations affiliated with the Corporation, including Wisconsin Public Radio and PBS Wisconsin.
Former President Donald Trump's administration proposed budget cuts in 2017 that targeted public media funding, which would have significantly impacted Wisconsin Public Radio (WPR) and PBS Wisconsin.
