A U.S. federal judge has mandated that the Trump administration reinstate funding for foreign aid programs, which had been cut off by the administration. The decision came after a lawsuit was filed by several humanitarian organizations, arguing that the defunding was unlawful and would severely impact global health and poverty alleviation efforts.
