The lawsuit accuses Musk of promoting Dogecoin, a cryptocurrency, in a manner that constitutes an illegal pyramid scheme. Despite the allegations, the judge found insufficient grounds to grant the restraining order at this stage. The case revolves around Musk's public endorsements of Dogecoin, including his tweets and appearances on shows like Saturday Night Live, which Paxton claims artificially inflated the cryptocurrency's value.
