Constitutional Court attempts again and fails again to serve Yoon summons

The Constitutional Court of South Korea has once again failed to deliver a summons to President Yoon Suk Yeol, marking the third unsuccessful attempt. The summons relates to a petition filed by opposition lawmakers seeking to impeach Yoon over allegations of corruption and abuse of power. Despite the court's efforts, including sending a court official to the presidential office, the summons could not be served as the official was not allowed entry. This ongoing issue stems from a previous impeachment motion in February, which was dismissed by the National Assembly. The court has now decided to explore alternative methods to notify the president, as required by law, to proceed with the case.
