- Gugu Mbatha-Raw Leads Cast of Sky's Jamaica-Set Limited Thriller Series 'Inheritance,' Tackling Enduring Legacy of Colonialism
The Federal Correctional Institution (FCI) in Dublin, California, is set to close permanently due to a series of issues including rampant sexual abuse, deteriorating conditions, and a lack of effective management. The facility, which has been under scrutiny for years, faced multiple lawsuits and investigations, particularly highlighting the sexual misconduct by staff towards inmates.
