MPs vote against new national inquiry into grooming gangs

The government, however, insists that existing strategies and the ongoing work of the Home Office's Grooming Gangs Taskforce are sufficient to tackle the problem. Critics argue that without a comprehensive inquiry, systemic failures might continue, potentially endangering more children.
