The High Court in Montenegro has rejected an appeal by Do Kwon, the former CEO of Terraform Labs, against his extradition to either the United States or South Korea. Do Kwon, who is wanted in both countries for his alleged role in a $40 billion cryptocurrency crash, has been detained in Montenegro since March 2023 after being arrested for attempting to travel with falsified documents.
