Israel has appealed against the International Criminal Court's (ICC) decision to seek arrest warrants for Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and Defense Minister Yoav Gallant. The ICC prosecutor, Karim Khan, accused them of war crimes and crimes against humanity related to the conflict in Gaza. Israel's appeal argues that the ICC lacks jurisdiction since Israel is not a signatory to the Rome Statute, which established the court.
