F1 governing body approves rule changes to its ethics and audit committees

The Fédération Internationale de l'Automobile (FIA), the governing body for Formula 1, has approved changes to the composition of its Ethics Committee and Audit Committee. These changes were made to enhance governance and oversight within the organization. The Ethics Committee will now include a new member, while the Audit Committee will see an increase in its membership to better align with international best practices in corporate governance. These adjustments aim to ensure greater transparency, accountability, and independence in the management and operations of the FIA.
