ARTA names regulatory champions

The Anti-Red Tape Authority (ARTA) in the Philippines has recognized several government agencies as "Regulatory Champions" for their efforts in streamlining business processes and reducing bureaucratic red tape. These agencies include the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI), Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT), Department of Agriculture (DA), Department of Energy (DOE), and the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
