  • Just six hours after asking people to fund her assembly election campaign, Delhi Chief Minister and Aam Aadmi Party candidate Atishi raised more than Rs 15 lakh through her online portal on Sunday. Atishi has set a goal of garnering Rs 40 lakh as her election campaign fund,

Atishi, a prominent AAP leader and Delhi's Education Minister, launched a crowdfunding campaign to fund her election campaign for the Lok Sabha elections from the East Delhi constituency. Within just six hours of its launch, the campaign amassed over Rs 15 lakh from more than 1,300 donors. This initiative reflects AAP's strategy to engage directly with the public for financial support, emphasizing transparency and grassroots funding. The campaign was announced on social media, where Atishi shared a QR code for contributions, highlighting the party's commitment to clean politics and direct public involvement in the democratic process.
