  • Governor Andy Beshear has made appointments to Kentucky boards and commissions on Friday which includes Madisonville, Owensboro and Central City natives. Madisonville native, Andy Belcher, was appointed as a member of the Murray State University Board of Regents to serve for a term expiring on December 12,

The appointees are Alissa Riley from Owensboro, who serves as the director of human resources at Owensboro Health, and Diana Woods from Madisonville, who is the executive director of the Hopkins County Family Resource and Youth Services Center.
