The Trump administration is threatening to freeze federal funding if colleges don't make changes, such as ending DEI initiatives.
In a joint letter, over 100 college and university leaders expressed concerns about political interference in higher education, particularly citing actions by the Trump administration that they believe undermine academic freedom and institutional autonomy.
