VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - Sept. 11, 2009) - Pyng Medical Corp. (the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:PYT) reports that Steve Law has resigned from the positions of Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary of the Company. Mr. Law will continue to work with the Board and senior management in support of a smooth transition while he pursues other business interests.

The Company is in the process of searching for new candidates for the positions of Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary. Until a proper replacement for Mr. Law is obtained, the Company's current President and Chief Executive Officer, Robert Di Silvio, will act as the Company's Chief Financial Officer for a temporary period.
