Nebraska State Auditor Mike Foley has uncovered additional instances of fraud involving caregivers contracted by the Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS). The audit revealed that some caregivers were billing for services not rendered, including times when they were out of state or engaged in other activities.
