Apple Fitness+ has introduced new features including integration with Strava, allowing users to share their workout data directly with the fitness tracking app. This update also brings new workouts like Kickboxing, a Beyoncé-themed Artist Spotlight series, and new Time to Walk episodes featuring notable personalities like Jamie Lee Curtis and Nathan Chen. Additionally, Apple Fitness+ now offers a new "Collections" feature, which groups workouts and meditations by themes such as "Level Up Your Core" or "Wind Down for a Better Bedtime." These enhancements aim to provide a more personalized and engaging fitness experience, encouraging users to explore different types of workouts and track their progress more effectively.
